TEAM EXPERIENCE
Edify Design employs dedicated team members from our headquarters in Brokaw WI, as well as remotely in several markets, with decades of combined fenestration design and manufacturing experience. Our Innovative Model Design Department is a talented staff of Team Leaders, Senior Designers and Designers. This department houses our 3D and custom programming which includes Autodesk Inventor, Revit and Navisworks.

Mike Melcher
PRESIDENT
Mike has demonstrated extraordinary leadership and vision in driving the strategy and execution within Edify Design . Mike came to us in early 2022, with a background in Architecture and 8+ years of experience in the glazing industry, managing substantial projects.
He is married to his wonderful wife, Renee, and they have 3 children Gavin, Carson and Elise. When away from the office, he enjoys camping, spending summer days outdoors and attending his kids various sporting events.

Brandon Boris
VP - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Brandon has been an integral part of the company for the past 12 years and continues to be an energetic and driven leader in the organization. He previously held the position of Engineering Manager and Team Lead of our Innovative Model Design Department (3D and BIM). He has developed and cultivated relationships with our clients and will now dedicate his expertise as VP of Business Development in executing strategic sales plans, based on the company’s goals, that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization as well as target specific market segments and geographic locations.
When away from the office, Brandon can be found golfing, playing sand volleyball and traveling to new places with his wife.

Meaghan Roble
DESIGN MANAGER
Meaghan has been a trusted and pivotal part of the team for the past 6+ years and has successfully executed many significant and complicated projects, most recently, in the position of Senior Designer. She will now train, cultivate and advise those around her, helping assist the team in doing the same, in the role of Design Manager.
When away from the office, Meaghan can be found gardening, spending time with friends and family and competing in shooting sports.
